Menopause Support has launched a new guidance booklet “Understanding Menopause” to support women to better understand and navigate Menopause.

The booklet is also becoming available across NHS GP practices, hospital clinics, NHS Trusts and local councils, Integrated Care Boards, pharmacies and patients.

The booklet has been added to the British Menopause Society and Womens Health Concern websites as a reliable resource for clinicians and the public, and Tesco have recently added it to their grocery website in the pharmacy section.
