Arrival Practice Enter and View Report - June 2018
Healthwatch Stockton-on-Tees attended Arrival Practice’s Patient Participation Group (PPG) to give a presentation about the role of Healthwatch and to gather feedback from the attendees.
Healthwatch Stockton-on-Tees received an overwhelming amount of positive feedback and praise for the practice and its staff. Following this meeting, Healthwatch Stockton-on-Tees approached the Practice Manager and arranged to carry out an Enter and View visit to gather more patient and staff feedback with the aim of sharing this as good practice.
