Yarm Medical Practice Enter and View Report - May 2018
Healthwatch Stockton-on-Tees attended Yarm Medical Centre’s Patient Participation Group (PPG) to give a presentation about the role of Healthwatch and to gather feedback from the attendees.
Following this meeting, the Practice Manager invited Healthwatch Stockton-on-Tees to the practice to carry out an Enter and View visit to gather patient feedback and identify any areas which may require improvement.
