In recent months we have received intelligence that supplies of medication are becoming more difficult for some patients to access, leading to additional appointments needed with GPs or having to return for medication at a later date.
The purpose of this engagement is to understand the views and experiences of people accessing pharmacy services in Stockton-on-Tees, what is working well and what could be improved.
All information that is provided is anonymous – protecting the people who share their valuable experiences and insight with the aim to support the improvement of service delivery.
