Have your say on adult mental health services in Stockton-on-Tees!
The Stockton Lived Experience Forum is being set up to consult with local people across Stockton-on-Tees on their lived experiences of mental health and will help inform the Community Mental Health Transformation.
Red Balloons and Starfish Health & Wellbeing are supporting the development of an
Involvement Forum to bring a 'lived experience' view to plans being put in place to transform Adult Mental Health Services in Stockton-on-Tees.
Initial meetings have now taken place followed by the first Lived Experience Forum with a presentation of draft plans from the Community Transformation Lead.
The next meeting will take place on Wednesday 9th November at Starfish Health & Wellbeing.
