As the public voice of health and social care services, Healthwatch Stockton-on-Tees work to make sure that you are getting the best of local health and social care services. We look at what is working well, and not so well, in your community and finding gaps in services.
This short survey will ask you questions about your views and experiences of your own mental health over the past year. The information you send will be anonymous and shared confidentially to help provide you with better service provision and support that meets your needs.
